Pzirpim,
First and foremost, thank you for your lovely missive. I do not actually want to get into any fights - either legal or physical - at any stage. I will (hopefully) be with these people for at least another decade and I do not want a fall out if it can be prevented. On the other hand, I do not want to be failed for the same test twice. The first time - as mentioned previously, I had low blood sugar and they failed me for not seeing everything - this time they saw everything but it was not done well. They could have rectified the situation had they gotten their acts together. They have known me for a long time - 25 years, they got a paper in both English and Hebrew explaining the situation - they saw me faint twice - the warning signs were there. They chose to ignore them. I do wish to avoid a falling out. But I am only one and a woman (which here is always problematic)

my knowledge of Hebrew is scanty, and if my blood sugar is not ok - forget it - I move to English There is nothing new here. At this stage, I do not want to give them the unpleasant time they gave me, at least not at this point. What I am doing, at this stage, is gathering valuable information about what my possibilities are. If I decide to sue, as you so correctly state, it will involve massive time and I may win money but lose people I have known for almost three decates. So I am actually quite forgiving, but I am sure that the people who ran the test, heard about the situation in the test, wrote letters about the running of said test are much less forgiving than I am. It is a problem. At this stage, I am merely gathering information, both inside and outside the country. Thank you kindly for your words of encouragement and wisdom. And don't worry about your English - it's very good!

Thank you yet again, J. Mandel.
