בראשון זה taken. בשני זה hasn't. בשלישי זה took. וברביעי אם הבנתי את הכוונה אז זה בטח he hasn't taken, או he hasn't been taking.

שלום ותודה, לגבי המשפט האחרון, מדוע בחרתם לכתוב He took it to the mail room...

and not He has taken |סדגש it it the mail room....
