there's a song called tourniquet ... I didn't know what it meant so I went back and searched in a dictionary and there they say that the meaning is חוסם עורקים but in the song they say " my god, my tourniquet " ( אלוהי, חוסם עורקי?! ) I'll be glad if you'll help me, because I need to know, it naggs me badly Thanks anyway ! by the way, I'm new here ...

The song's about someone who is bleeding and in pain, so whatever or whoever provides him/her with relief is a torquinet. At least that's what it looks like to me... The context explains a lot.​
