Key Responsibilities:
- The Senior.Net Developer will work closely with a team of creative and experienced developers to design and build an Azure based SaaS solution for mission critical applications. Your responsibilities will involve:
- Develop, package, and deploy powerful applications and services to the cloud with Azure Cloud Services
-Design, develop and support enterprise applications with high end data volume processing, sophisticated algorithms and business-intelligence.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Essential Requirements
- BA/BSC or equivalent in computer science or computer engineering.
- 5-6 years of overall experience. 3+ years’ experience in enterprise level applications using .Net & Azure.
- Developing Systems for scalable, large amount data, deterministic, redundant, multithreaded systems.
- Web services and APIs as in RESTful and SOAP.
- Understand Object oriented design Patterns, UML, Dependency injection using Microsoft Library
- .Net Areas for Design and Development- Entity Framework, WCF, Multithreading, Asynchronous programming
- Creativity, initiative and ability to think outside the box
- Commitment to achieving project goals and orientation to improve quality
- Desire to develop and learn new areas/technologies
- Good communication skills in English
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with .Net profiling
- Business Intelligence
- Hadoop for handling big data, as well as complementary Hadoop technologies such as HBase, Hive and Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS).
