למה בפרסומת של הונדה אומרים: Is your heart is up to it??? ולא משתמשים ב-DO או DOES.... הרי האם הלב שלך יכול לעמוד בקצב- זאת שאלה עובדתית ודברי עובדה כותבים עם PRESENT SIMPLE לא ככה???

Because "up to it" is an adjective

I don't know the Honda commercial, but I'm sure it doesn't say what you wrote. Did you mean "If your heart is up to it?" This is syntactically the same as "If your heart is strong enough". Or did you mean "Is your heart up to it?" This is syntactically the same as "Is your heart strong enough." "Strong" is an adjective, you wouldn't think of using "do" with it. (Well, at least I wouldn't). "up to it" is exactly the same part of speech.​

I suppose the question is "is your heart up to it?", which is the interrogative (question) form of "your heart is up to it". To form a question with the verb to be we simply put the subject after the verb. For example: He is at home. Is he at home? (interrogative) The verb to be is a principal auxiliary verb. There are other auxiliary verbs such as can, must or should and their respective interrogative form follows the same pattern. For example: You can go now. Can I go now? (interrogative) He must go now. Must he go now? (interrogative) The interrogative of any other verb in the present simple is as you said - do/does + infinitive. For example: He lives here. Does he live here? (interrogative)​
