About 11.5 (kids size)

In the US, there are separate shoe sizes for small children and for older children/adults. My 8-year-old daughter just grew out of her size 13 shoes into a size 1... Anyway, according to this Elefanten sizing chart, 29 European is about 11.5 American. (Contrary to what the chart says, however, it's about the size of a 5-6 year old, not a four year old.)​
