Individual vs. Society rights
There is a basic difference between the U.S.A., Australia, New-Zealand and ALL the other countries Those 3 nations were not born as organized societies with constitution and such, but as group of individual immigrants who hated law and discipline, and later on re-grouped to form township granting the local townhall only that much authority. The towns later grouped to form counties and states granting the centeral goverment only that much authority. The states then grouped-up to form a federal goverment, granting it only that mauch authority. That is the base of high regards for the individuals in those countries as opposed to the ocean of laws, rules and all the bullshit which we get daily in all other countries.
