Not Kobe, but a great pie
I make this pie for everyday and parties, it is always a great dish, everyone loves it. 4Large leeks 2tablespoon butter 1kilo salomon 1/4cup chooped fresh dill 1teaspoon lemon zest 11/2teaspoons salt 1/4teespoon pepper 1egg mixed with 1 tablespoon water Puff pastry - batzek alim Cut white and green pale part of leek, wash well and cook in butter for 12 minutes. cut salomon to small pieces, combine with leek and all spices Cut pastry in half, brash with egg. Put on half in pie dish, add salomon, cover with other half of pastry. make 4 slits for venting cool for 1 hours, but no more then 3 bake at high for 30 minutes.
