אני לא מוצא תרגיל בשם (לפחות ככה ראיתי שקוראים לו): the nine seven breath בתודה מראש.

הינה משהוא יותר מעניין:

can someone please give me the ritual\exercise as falow?: invoking the light,the nine seven breath,projecting the lesser\greater circle,evoking into the triangle and "creating a vortex". i found this ritual\exercise in the book "The Magician's Workbook: Practicing the Rituals of the Western Tradition" (http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/0738700002/ref=sib_dp_pt/104-5600038-8777534#reader-page) and i think i is silly to buy the whole book for 5 ritual\exercise' i search for those ritual\exercis for a long time now, and i will be vary vary grateful if you would help my. your's truthful elad.​

בעברית לי יותר קל לחפש כמו שהיה לכם אז ויכוח על איזה תרגיל ופירשתם אותו מאנגלית לעברית ואני קראתי לו הגנת הכוכב המחומש....
