I think fruits are good for you. Yes they have some sugar, but also vitamins and other goodies. You can choose fruits that have less sugar than others if you like, but I think that if you have 3-4 fruits a day it's ok. Nevertheless, like Yael wrote - the best thing would be to write down what you eat and how you feel. Then you can start eliminating things gradually and find what causes pain. I found that apples are really bad for me and now that I have eliminated them I feel much much better. It takes a lot of trial and error to find out what works for you, but it's worth it! Good luck!!
