הנקה בשילוב תמ"ל

אני מאוד מאוד מסכימה עם מה שאת אומרת. ותאמיני לי, שאני חטפתי הרבה מאוד השתלחויות (ואפילו אישיות) בפורומי ההורות השונים, משום שהעזתי לכתוב דברים מהסוג הזה על הנקה, שלהרבה נשים היה באמת קשה עם המראה הזו מול הפרצוף. העובדה שהנקה היא הכי טובה בעבור התינוק ברורה כאן לכולן, אני חושבת, וזה בהחלט לא נתון לויכוח. אבל מכאן ועד להגדיר מתן תמ"ל כחוסר אחריות, אני חושבת שזה קצת מוגזם. ומעבר לזה: הכותבת פנתה בבקשה לעזרה, ואני חושבת שתגובות חריפות כאלה עלולות לגרום לה בפעם הבאה, כאשר תזדקק שוב לעזרה לא לפנות לפורום הנפלא הזה וחבל.

First of all, I am sorry if my answer offended anyone. My job here is to answer your questions with evidence-based information. My answer was totally evidence-based. Even one bottle of artificial milk can be a problem. If I said that it was ok to give it, and you did, and your baby had a serious allergic reaction, which can happen, I am responsible. Second, I am answering blind. I have very little information except what you write. I don't know family history, health history, or anything that might give me some information to give a more detailed answer. Many people read what I write. what might be ok for you may cause another mother to make a huge mistake. One thing that is special about this forum is that you learn things that you may never hear anywhere else. I do not think that talking about the danger of not breastfeeding makes mothers feel guilty. In fact, everyone should know that in order to make an informed decision. Just as I will not be afraid to tell a pregnant woman who is smoking that she is doing greivous harm to her baby, even if it makes her feel guilty. Of course the decision on what you feed your baby is up to you in the end. I just want you to understand that offering artificial milk to a baby is a serious decision and you have to think it through before you do it. Please don't take to heart what I said. I don't know you,but just the fact that you chose to breastfeed your baby means that you are an intelligent caring mother. It would be a shame to make a mistake just becuase you had a bad day. That is why I tell you to get out and meet with other breastfeeding moms.
