Because I used to know a bunch of frummies in disguise, though most of them left the UK.
Maybe it's due to the heavily communal atmosphere in frum England. No idea.
But since the main definition of being an undercover koifer is living in disguise, I would assume it's really difficult to spot one.

יש גטאות ויש שכונות/ערים פתוחות יותר. ונכון שניתן להתקדם מעט לאורח החיים המודרני, אך הוא מסווג כ"גויי" ולא מאפשר התבוללות או הטמעה.
