היי שאלה קצת מוזרה

קניתי שעון יד והוראות באנגלית ויש שם שתי פונקציות של צלצולים האחד : alarm והשני : shime מה ההבדל בינהם ?????

I think

it's: Alarm - when you want the watch to remind you of something or wake you up so it beeps/chimes until you shut it off. Chime - (and not shime) when every hour on the hour the watch beeps/chimes to let you know the time. Sort of like the grandfather clocks people had in their hallways.​
