Hello people, first time noob cosplayer here. <: I've decided to attempt sewing my very first cosplay for this summer con, but I'm a noob, so I have no clue where to start. Any tips, links, and patterns would be greatly appreciated!

This is the cosplay I want to make. I'm mostly having a hard time figuring out how to make the tight under shirt, the cleavage area, and the middle, corset-like-thing part.

so baisically

the under skirt is a circle skirt, and it's very simple to make, here's a guide, but there are many others on google http://www.ehow.com/how_2079481_make-circle-skirt.html
To the skirt you add a ruffle, which is a long piece of fabric (2-3 times longer than the bottom of the skirt). you sew it using the longest stich and lowest tention your machine has. You can also do it by hand but to me it looks like a nightmare. And you'll probably want to have some tulle or a hoop-skirt under your skirt so it would stand nicely.
About the corset-like thingie, I would just make it a rectancle with the two upper corners a little round, add a little flizlin and tie it together, but I'm a fan of rectangles so... XDDD
Perhaps someone more experianced will be able to give you better help~
By the way, do you speak Hebrew? Because it's much more comfortable for me at least to use the Hebrew terms for stuff...

החצאיות הן פעמון מלא , והשרוולים הרחבים חצי פעמון.
הכיווץ בסוף החצאית הארוכה הוא ביחס של פי 2.5 מההיקף של הפעמון. והכיווץ בקצה החצאית הקצרה הוא ביחס של פי 2 [או פי 1.5, אבל אני תמיד אוהבת מכווץ יותר, לטעמי זה נראה יותר טוב]
יש לך פה גזרה חינמית בה את יכולה להשתמש לחולצה הלבנה ולמיני-מחוך [תורידי את הגזרה ותדפיסי בגודל המקורי שלה].
את יכולה לשנות אותה טיפה בהתאם למה שאת צריכה [בשביל החולצה הלבנה להוסיף את ה"שפיצים" לגזרה, ובשביל המחוך, ובכן, להוריד את כל מה שמיותר].
טיפ לשינוי גזרה- קני בד זול ולא נמתח [רצוי לא נמתח בכלל] או אלבד, ותוציאי את הגזרה עליו ותתפרי, ואחרי שיש לך "טיוטה" תפורה, תעשי בה את כל השינויים שצריך, תראי שזה טוב. תפרמי את הגזרה ותעתיקי אותה לבד של הקוספליי.
הגזרה לשרוולון היא הכי פשוטה- קחי חולצת לייקרה שצמודה עלייך ותעתיקי את הגזרה שלה [שרוולים לחוד] ומהגזרה תוציאי את הצורה של השרוולון. בגלל שתצטרכי לתפור אותו מבד [אלאס] נמתח, את לא צריכה להוסיף "מתפרים" כדי להתאים אותו לגוף שלך. אז טכנית, גם להעתיק גזרה של טישירט יעבוד, בתנאי שהחולצה צמודה לך.

בכל אופן, זה השנקל שלי על גזרות. קצת קשה לתת טיפים ועצות בצורה כל כך כללית, אז אם יש לך שאלות יותר ספציפיות, את מוזמנת לשאול
