what if i cant wait for 90 minutes after drinking 2 glasses of wine is it ok to breastfeed? what are the effects on the baby? is it dangerous? i can never knwo when he wants to eat even though he is 6 months old so if i drink wine i dont know if 90 minutes will go by before i need to breastfeed

The level of alcohol in your milk

is the same as the level of alcohol in your blood. One glass of wine would not cause any problems, but two might. try drinking the wine immediately after you breastfeed, but don´t worry if the baby wakes up sooner than 90 minutes. Just make sure that you are able to take care of him safely, and never bathe him if you have had wine!!​
