Weaning - 5 months old

What is the rule of thumb for weaning at that age. she currently nurses 8 - 10 times a day. During the night she may nurse once, but mostly does not nurse at all. The only problem is that she doesn't really like a bottle and since I am here alone (husband works long hours) and my family is back in israel there is no one to help wiht introducing a bottle. please advise

At about age 6 months, you can start introducing solids gradually. no bottles needed.......food in spoons, milk in the breast. Breastfed babies can entirely skip the bottle stage....from breast to table, ie. cups, etc.​

מהו כלל היסוד לגמילה בגיל זה? כרגע היא יונקת8-10 פעמים ביום. בלילה היא עשויה לינוק פעם אחת, אבל לרוב בכלל לא. הבעיה היחידה היא שהיא אינה אוהבתבקבוק ומאחר שאני לבד כאן (בעלי עובד הרבה שעות) ומשפחתי בישראל אין מי שיעזור לי להרגיל אותה לבקבוק. עצתך בבקשה.
