Venezia
Venezia has a small,grass-strip airport on the lido, a long and narrow island off the coast. Venezia itself is a NO-FLY-ZONE, and since 9/11 any flight to that AD requires a flight-plan. Last June I took two honorable visitors-Ytsik of Omni and Nati, an UL pilot, for a flight with a Cherokee Archer III to Venezia. just before final I was told to do some holding. So I did a WIDE three-sixty, and while I was concentrating with the landing-in that AD you hit the sea whether you undershoot or overshoot- Ytsik shot some photo`s of Venezia.
