Up-date on the screaming twins
Yesterday I asked for your help for two month old twins who were only partially breastfed and getting more and more artificial milk. these babies were screaming from stomach aches, having terrible diarrhea, and generally miserable. The mother's milk supply was decreasing the more she gave artificial milk, and it was clear that these babies needed breast milk. It was so heart-warming to see the response of so many of you to this request. Mihal, the mom, could not believe the number of phone calls she got, and the overwhelming generosity. she thanks you all so much. Today, the babies got mostly breast milk and guess what: they hardly screamed. They were calm and happy, and slept like babies. Mihal got a few hours of sleep also, and she feels like a new person. Doris, the yoetset hanaka was there last night for 5 hours helping her get the babies back on the breast, and they were breastfeeding much better today. Her milk is already coming back. Hopefully, we will get her back to full breastfeeding!! Doris also told me to thank all of you for your help!!
