Trujillo
For the most israelies i met trujillo is a place just for passing through in their way north or south. i went to trujillo from huaraz only to see the chan chan and after about four days being there i realize now that it was not enough there are many things to do in trujillo an in its peripherals. first of all we saw a very modern city, with nice ppl and nice colonial buildings. of course the visit in the moon huaca is something you cant loose (even better than the chan chan) x going north to chiclayo was maye the most interesting thing that we did since we arrived to peru - the real tumes of sipan museum it is really impressive and worth a visit. there are many other places arround tujillo and chiclayo but we didnt want to spend there a week because we just realized that we are tomorrow one month in peru and we want to spend more time in the south of the country today we are in lima just passing by in our way to pisco we were in the gold and arms musseum. it is very expensive - 30 sol a person and it is impresive but they almost didnt put any explanations and a guided tour coasts another 40 soles!!! and another two important things about trujillo first of all is laura - a guide that jeshu sent me her details - she is a wonderful person and a very good guide we also met her and her bf one night and it was really ok the second thing - the valderama family. when we got out of israel we were sure that we would not going to be in places full of israelies. somehow we arrived to the valderama family in trujillo(and it was not full of israelies) but the important thing is lucy valderama the owner that is another wonderfull person. she is one of the only jewish persons in trujillo and everything aout irael interest her a lot so if you are a nice person she will be great with you and last thing to sela i know you dont like ppl doing comercials in the forum but if we are talking aout places that are not in israel maybe it is not so bad so if it is ok(and maybe it can be a good idea) you can make some directory to put HAMLAZOT of good places in diferent places in the world... see ya travelling ppl
