To Hanan and Ohad - Gao stepping
You (I think Ohad did) asked a question about stepping in the circle in our system. Well, the first thing the teacher said is that this video was extremely old. They actually did a few more take, I think even with Hong YiMien (I don't realy know the spelling, but that's Hong brother) doing bagua, but eventually they took Luo's take. He said that the stepping should be with toes first, in any case. The video didn't have much purpose other than promotion of their school (and considering the old chinese ways, I wouldn't be surprised if he stepped that way on purpose). Practicing with normal stepping can be done, ofcourse, as a relaxation or fluidity exercise. Have fun, Nizan
