So basically you are looking for a

There is nothing to see at Tarzana, Encino, Reseda and all other communities in the Valley C. Get some information about the public transportation D. For the time being, you can go to the corner of Etiwanda / Vantura get Metro Rapid no. 750 and for 1.35$ it will take you to Universal Studio Terminal, from there you can get the Metro to Hollywood Blvd
