Tier 1 General
I found out that the company I worked for went bust one day AFTER I submitted my Tier 1 application (no ref number has been given and my card hasn't been debited yet). What should I do? I guess I must tell the UKBA about it since it is considered a change in circumstances (although I don't work there for few months now), since the home office might want to verify the information I submitted them with regard to my previous earnings, isn't it? I thought of trying to contact the administrators (which haven't fully taken control on the firm yet) and ask them to reconfirm the letter I got from the company and then send it to the home office with a 'change of circumstances' form. What do you think? Thanks.
