So... that was really amazing.
As I walked in, all the way through the famous Clemente bridge... this was just unbelievable. I couldn't believe that I'm walking on that bridge that I've always seen on MLB.TV on the way to the famous PNC Park. Then I took some photos with the Clemente and Stargel statues, and then some photos of the stadium, then of the players, then of the stadium, the players... well, you get the point. I TOOK A LOT OF PICTURES. when I'll get back home I'm gonna put them her. We walked to the stadium from CF, so we saw the Cardinals take batting practice. I stood in CF and saw Flores, their RP, stand right infront of me. that was soooooo cool. Isringhausen from my fantasy team was over there too. and some more that I don't remember right now. We kept going towards our seat, which apperantly was JUST behind home plate, I mean BIDIUK behind home plate. amazing. Apparantly we missed the Pirates batting practice, even though I thought we walked into the stadium as fast as the gates opened. So I couldn't really have a picture or an autograph of anybody. I saw Pujols, Rolen and pretty much all of the Cards batters take batting practice from pretty close. When I saw the Pirates players and coaches starts to get into the dugout, just before the national anthem begun, I walked over there and stood just over the dugout. almost on it. I was like 3 fit away from Jim Tracy... I said to my self "man, if I had the guts to say him all I think about him right about now". Not only that, Dave fucking Littlefield was in the dugout too! I was so close to ask him if he traded Jack or not but he left pretty fast. When the national anthem begun I was still standing over there and took pictures of all of the coaches and Gorzelanny, Phelps, Izturis, Bay, Nady from pretty close. I don't have a pretty good zoom on my camera so I couldn't really get that good of shots of players over there during the game but I think it will be OK. the atmosphere at the game was really great. during one half inning I was on the big screen! I was looking on it and suddenly I saw the kid who sat next to me on it! So I got up and danced next to him and I was on the screen too. hehe that was funny. All of the time I never really understood why everyone in Pittsburgh like Jack Wilson so much. Well, I got it today. Jack hit 2 RBI singles to tie it twice and it just looked as he really cares about this team. He plays hard. When you look at statistics you probably can't see it but the guy hits a lot of hard stuff that just get caught or something. Izturis was pretty impressive today. He went only 1for5 but almost all that he hit was pretty hard. He had 2 great plays at 3B. Doumit is a really big fellow. He looks like he can put seasons of 30+ HRs if he keeps himself healthy. He crashed one over the RF Wall. it was really great. I like this player a lot. Jason Bay had 3 singles and looks pretty good. Except that he still has the weakest arm in the league.. Rolen got a double on him that should've been an easy out at 2B. The Pirates lost this game probably because of Ronny - FAT ASS "Where's the ball?!?!" - Paulino. With 2 outs and a runner on 1B, there was a pop up behind home plate. The ball was high so I looked and tthought about where to stand to catch it, then I look up again and then thought about it some more, and more and more... like A LOT of time. Finaly it droped in foul territory. Paulino had SOOOOOOO much time to get there but the fat ass wasn't even close to it!!!! Then Ludwick hits a double and the runner from 1B tries to score, the relay from Jack Wilson was just great and the runner should've been out by a mile but friggin Paulino dropped the ball. WHAT AN ASS!!! I want him back to the minors tommorro morning. What a terrible player. Maholm had a good game, he looked pretty good except for the 2 leadoff walks that turned into runs. He lost it because of Paulino. Salomon Torres is really bad. Too bad they didn't trade him. I hope Nady is OK, he got hurt after he went 2for2... McLouth substitute for him and was pretty much awefull at the plate.... Tommorro I'm going too. Probably seating in RF this time, or the upper deck. Hope to see a win, finaly. Even though Armas start... so that leaves about 5% of a Pirates win... agh.
