Redness

Hello Ester and thanks for your prompt replies. I am attaching a picture of my breasts. My left breast has a redness around it I have no idea what it is. The right breast has it too, to a lesser extent. I am not experiencing any pain and Alma´s (7 weeks) latch on if ok according to the lactation consultant who advised me. Also, as you can see in the picture I am dripping like mad, so I guess I have an oversupply issue. Thanks for your advice. Michal

Does it itch or burn?

Especially after feeds? Did you get antibiotic during the pregnancy or after the birth? Does your baby have a whilte layer in her tongue? It could be a pitria in which case you need a cream both for you and the baby.​

Alma´s Dr. checked her and did not see any signs for thrush. I did get Amoxycylin a few weeks ago to treat an ear infection. I cannot remember if it itches after feedings, probably not.
