question...

Hey From what I understood, the word nominal means either by name only or in grammar, has to do with nouns. I'm working on sentences that include the word that, and have this sentence in an article I'm reading: "the nominal that-clause may function as..." (after that there are a few examples, like "I'm glad to see THAT you are here", etc.). What does nominal mean here? Thanks.

clause - פסוקית nominal - שמני THAT והמילים שאחריו מהווים מבחינה דקדוקית שם, כלומר אפשר להחליף את הקטע הזה בשם עצם. לדוגמא-
I'm glad to see *that you're here* *you* *my family*
וכו'
