question about period
I have a question. Most of us are suffering from heavy bleeding during period. Is it good or not? Apart from the fact that its inconvenient, I feel it's good that all the "garbage" is going out. My periods are sometimes very heavy and sometimes quite dry. Every time I have a dry one it makes me very concerned, b/c I feel that the cysts remains and all the things that should flow out are actually staying inside.... from this point of view, heavy period is better. Since I was diagnosed with Endo I stopped using tampons, since I feel that for us it's better to let the blood flow outside freely and not to be blocked in the body. Especially when some of us having a retrogating (i hope this is the right word) flow of blood during periods. Would like to hear your opinion about this.
