I saw a Law and Order episode a few days ago, and I've been thinking about it ever since. In the case, a man stole money from his company, and then murdered a co worker or a boss, I don't remeber. In his trial, in which he was only accused of murder, and not theft, the man defended himslef by saying he only stole the money to Israel to fight terror. Though he never admitted to the murder, it was never denied, and all along the defense was lacking - they didn't defend the man, which was found with the body (and possibly murder weapon) in the trunk of his car. All they did was focus on the fact that the man was Jewish, and so was most of the jury, and the reason why he stole the money. Eventually, the man was, rightfully, convicted of murder in the 1st degree. What do you think? I personally didn't like the way Israel was presented, because it made us look like we were condoning murder and accepting stolen money just to get our hands on it, and the whole issue of antisemetism came up in the fact that McCoy, yes, dear Jack, was against the number of Jews in the jury, and his co-counsel, the blonde woman, asked him if he was antisemetic, and he kinda dodged...
