Job Description:
Experience in performing the training process from end to end, from finding training needs, investigating content, working with SMEs, developing training, conducting and evaluating training.
Develop training materials for face-to-face training and self-learning processes with a variety of development tools.
Maintain efficient and effective training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
Conduct training classes by teaching application, infrastructure, based on industrial-business logic.
Evaluate training by measuring effectiveness of training for specific job applications.
Job Requirements:
First degree graduate- a big advantage
Previous experience with Technical Training (at least 5 years' experience as a technical trainer)
Training Class Management
Good Technical understanding
Good control of training developments tools
English at a mother tongue level
Excellent Presentation Skills
Enthusiastic and friendly personality
Excellent Written Communication Skills
Customer facing skills
Excellent inter-personal skills
Willing to travel
