no hebrew in my computer

when i try to write in hebrew i get all but not hebrew what is the problem? thanks for your answear lior

Start>Settings>Control Pannel>Regional & Language Options> Advanced > Pick Hebrew . >Code Page Conversetion Tables> Pick HEBREW,. Then Go to Languages> Check the FIRST box, then click on APPLY and restart your pc

i can see hebrew

and read but when i try to write in hebrew all the botons writing somthig else wich is not what they shuld write.,
