I´ve windows 98, office XP (the problem is not the office)1 I´ve tried everything (regional settings, reinstall windows, and more) but nothing helps..... may be someone knows what else can I do???1 I can read hebrew but I can´t write

לא יכולה לכתוב עברית בכלל That was a paste from your message.... I´ve no hebrew at all, but I´ve no other language also... I mean that the problem is not only hebrew. In fact, I can´t add any other language to the system
