Subject: HAIFA PORT - Changes in marking of buoys and mooring spars ("Dolphins")
Charts affected: Survey of Israel - Charts No. 21 and 305. B.A. Charts : 1585 and 2634.
This is to advise all mariners of the following changes:
1. Non IALA yellow buoy, quick flashing yellow, has been moved to position:
32° 51' 33.631" N 034° 58' 30.936" E
2. Four "Dolphines" in Kishon Port which were located in the following positions, have been removed.
1 - 32° 48' 37.254" N 035° 11' 05.070" E
2 - 32° 48' 34.253" N 035° 11' 00.411" E
3 - 32° 48' 34.106" N 035° 10' 55.118" E
4 - 32° 48' 31.349" N 035° 10' 55.874" E
3. Anchore circle marked A3 which located in position:
32° 50' 34.989" N 034° 59' 39.470" E cancelled.
