Nightly Discomfot

Hello Esther, My daughter now sleeps pretty much through the night. Last feed is at 9 p.m. and the next one is at 7 a.m. Since this is new, I still wake up at about 3 or 4 feeling highly uncomfortable (full breasts). Any advice? Thanks

Just what I always say

Just because the baby sleeps all night does not mean that you will!! You really don['t have to do anything, and this will pass as your body gets used to the new situation. If it is really uncomfortable, then use ice packs.​
