music tips
I think we have already discussed the ideas of weekly columns here, so of course, trying to educate more or less everyone I know to listen to Swedish music, here come a few music tips: 1 - Strula med Siri - one of the coolest "lesbian music" collections I have heard lately. The title means "making out with Siri" and it's a really cute Swedish treat. 2 - Anna Ternheim/Somebody Outside Again, another Swede, this time singing in English trying to fake a Newcastle accent. But still, the music is great. Saw her concert in sthlm last month (together with Lars Winnerbäck, if it means anything to anyone), and it really was lovely. 3 - Edson/for strength Another Swedish band singing in English, this time with a very blunt Swedish accent. Even though, wonderful CD. Very typical for groups popping out of Örebro trying to sell everyone their small depressions.
