Mousse Tuna?

I have been enjoying this forum for quite sometime, but never participated, mainly because I can read but not write in Hebrew (I am working on it, my computer is playing hardball with me). I need everyone’s help. I am looking for a recipe for Tuna Mousse. Anyone have any ideas?

You know like Chocolate Mousse, Tuna Mousse, etc. I called it Mousse Tuna like in hebrew

מוס טונה

להלן מתכון מאוד מוצלח ובאחריות: 3 קופסאות טונה במיים 1/2 כוס מיונז 2 כפות מיץ לימון 1 קופסא גבינה לבנה 5% 1 שמנת חמוצה מלח, פלפל,פפריקה * לערבב את הכל במעבד מזון. 14 גר` ג`לטין + 1/3 כוס מיים רותחים = להמיס בכוס ולשפוך לתוך מעבד המזון. לערבב עוד דקה.לצקת לכלי נאה. להגשה: להפוך את המוס על צלחת יפה ובתאבון!

Thank you. A quick questions, since I am in Los Angeles, how much Tuna is in one can?

I think 8 or 8.5 ounces

I was wondering: 8oz=225gr that means 750gr for the recipie. Wow that is a lot of Tuna Mousse

I just checked and each can

contains 170 grams (including the water
