Last thursday, Dr.Hubert Burda, organizer of the Bambi Award and publisher of german magazine ´BUNTE´, met Michael Jackson in his private wardrobe at the Estrel Hotel before the Bambi Award ceremony. They talked about Michael´s biography ´Michael Jackson - King Of Pop´. According to BUNTE, 5 Euro (4.96 $US) of each book that is sold goes to the initiative "Off-Road-Kids e.V.", an initative for the benefit of homeless children in Germany. The meeting was filmed, here some excerps of the videos: Dr. Burda: .. he (MJFC: Michael Jackson) is not only the idol, he is not only the king, he is someone superior, gives encourage, encourages them (MJFC: the homeless children) to go forward and to fight for a better life.." Reporter: "One of the things people say about Michael Jackson when they meet him is, that he doesn´t behave like a superstar. He seems almost embarrassed by the coverage. Is that the sense you get of him?" Dr. Burda: "If you are really a great personality, you are.., it doesn´t need these gimmicks.
