there is a new section in the university of carol davilla in bucharest. english studies has oppened 3 years ago and the studies are in high level and not expensive compairing to hungary. the cost is 3600$ per year and the life in bucharest are beautiful. i know best cause i m studing here. if someone wants a place close to israel(2 hours flight) with a big israeli's students community and a very proffessional studies,i rrecommand romania. if you wants more information dont hassitate to ask.
