looking for book on

i am looking for a book in hebrew or other writen material related to martial arts and the forces of nature i know, there is alot of material in english but right now i am doing work on hebrews and israelis martial arts so i am looking for up-to-date materials. it could be anything from proze to manuels. thanks. i love your forum style. lihi
