Log in, Login, Log on...
I have to go over a document in English. I have a sentence that says: "The user can log into the system". I was wondering what is the correct way to say it: 1. The user can log into the system (as writen in the document). 2. The user can login to the system. 3. The user can login into the system. 4. The user can log in to the system. Or maybe all the "in" should be "on"? I'm leaning towards number 4, but I'm not sure. I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance
