leaving a message without a ring

hi, i saw there was a way to leave a message in a person´s voice mail, at least when using Orange, without actually causing their phone to ring. How is this done? And can i do the same for cellcom users? thanks, lior

לדוגמא המספר של חבר שלי הוא 054123456 אני מחייג ל 15154123456 (151 והמספר בלי אפס) ואני מגיע ישר לתא הקולי.

from which company

do i need to call from orange to get to orange, cellcom to cellcom etc? Can´t i call from land phone (bezeq) to a voice mail?

אפשר לחייג את המספר הזה גם מבזק

וגם מסלקום ופלאפון. אפשר לחייג ככה גם מחו"ל.
