Knesset Voting not fully democratic
I am a business person that travels abroad quite frequently and unfortunately I will be in Singapore during Jan 28th. I contacted the embassy there to see if I can vote throgh the embassy - just like the Americans do. The answer was "no". There is no provision for voating abroad except for diplomats or official representatives and relocated Israelis. So my vote for Shinui is lost... Maybe this is a good idea to change the procedure - yet another opportunity for "shinui". Sincerely, Alex
