Kevin Millar Happy beeing in Boston
I dont know how many of us have heard that much about Kevin Millar but it appears that he may be one very important player for the Sox this upcoming year. I've seen this guy play and i know what his bat can do!! No Surprise here that Millar has decided to stay in the states and play for a good competitive team as the Boston Red Sox. Florida should have never let him go in the first place , but now that they did -- At Least the man is still in the majors where he Belongs. This Good avarage right hitting bat will make it the big 4 Right handers in the Sox lineup. Boston may be looking at an order that includes 4 pretty powerfull bats in the start of the line up and that is deffinitly bad news for Left handed Pitchers. Nomar Garciapara and Manny Ramirez are already two of the biggest hitters in the League and with Shea Hillenbrad at third and the newly addition of Kevin Millar , We are looking at some Serious Right hand power at the plate. Millar is the second Marlin in a years time to play outfield for the Sox. Left handed Sluger Cliff Floyd has been on the team in the second half of bostons season the previous year and now with Millar coming -- it Seems boston have a deal with these Fish Outfielders. Both Floyd and Millar have found themselvs new teams for this season. Cliff is going to be part of the Mets Squad for the next 4 years and Millar is surley going to have a major contribution in the Sox Quest for Redemption. I'll leave it in these simple words said by Sox Manager Theo epstein: "He's one of the better unknown hitters in baseball " Couldnt Agree more!!
