Oscar winning actress, Julia Roberts, and her husband, cameraman Danny Moder, have begun the process of building their new home. Their current digs on a one acre plus Malibu bluff is an older home they purchased last year for $6.4 million. They have now purchased the adjoining land. The combination has already cost them approximately $20 million and construction has yet to begin. Once the planned home is completed, the current home will be razed or, possibly remodeled. It was built in the '60's and consists of four bedrooms in about 3,400 square feet. Spectacular ocean views and a private beach are part of the package.
