hello everybody

my name is al ,i'm a new participant to the english forum. although not a native english speaker i consider myself as possessing a fairly good knowledge of the language. i'm addressing specifically to people from the older generation,i myself am 58 of age .i'll be very much pleased to contact anyone interested in communicating in english, in order to exercise and to improve.​

Or are you rather interested in the basics of discussion in a forum? or Who are the forum moderators, who picks them, what is their mandate and what tools they may apply? or perhaps simply who does the mechanics of PHP programming is constructed?
