How? By unleashing fairytale characters and swaying them to evil. Meanwhile, Phoebe is still attempting to divorce Cole who is going all out to keep them together...Will it all end Happily Ever After? And a major character dies in this episode that never has been death before Part of a script!!: EXT. BALLROOM - ALLEY - NIGHT CLOSE ON the glass slipper as Adam scoops it up and stares at it for a beat, a moment of his inner humanity is showing regret. Then, he tosses it aside and heads directly for the pumpkin, which he robotically picks up and raises over his head, read to viciously smash it to the ground. COLE (O.S.) Put it down -- Adam, pumpkin still aloft, turns to see Cole, deadly sericus, emerge from the Ballroom: COLE (cont´d) -- gently ADAM (inner struggle) I...can´t. The witch will kill me. COLE (threatens) so, will I. (off Adam´s struggle) You don´t want to hurt her. Tense beat as Adam fights his inner pain, but then lets out a primal YELL and thrusts the pumpkin towards the pavement. Just before it hits, Cole twists his hand sending everything into SLOW MOTION but him. He calmly walks over and intercepts the SLO-MO pumpkin inches away from impact then, staring at it, beleaguered: COLE What am I going to do with you...? Then, looking at Adam, Cole suddenly punches him into REGULAR MOTION, but out like a light. COLE (cont´d) That´s my pumpkin, pal. Off Cole, exiting with it. A SNARLING WOLD darws US to: _______________________________________________ ANGLE - GLASS COFFIN With Paige lying peacefully inside of as the dwarves put the finishing touches on it. HEAD DWARF (to Piper) When´s her prince getting here? PIPER She doesn´t have a prince. HEAD DWARF No prince? Then who´s gonna kiss her? DWARF #1 raises his hand, eager. DWARF #1 I´ll do it! DWARF #2 shoves #1 aside: DWARF #2 You hate red heads, I´ll do it! DWARF #1 She´s not a red head, it´s a dye job! The Head Dwarf puts his fingers in his mout and WHISTLES, stopping them. HEAD DWARF People -- a little professional decorum here, please. (to Piper) Forgive them, i´ts been a while. Piper, fed up, grabs the Huntsman´s axe. "Grams," shying away from her: "Grams" Sweetheart, what´re you doing with that? PIPER I´m not gonna sit around and wait for that wolf to attack. "Grams" Wolf? What wolf? PIPER From Little Red Riding Hood. I know it´s going to, the cloak was meant for me. "Grams" You don´t really believe that silly old story, do you? PIPER You´re the one who says most fairy tales are based in truth. "Grams" Yes, but that one was only made up to scare little kids. After all, a girl gets eaten in the end, what a downer. PIPER That´s not the way it ends -- a Hunstman cuts open the wolf´s stomach and saves her and her grandmother. "Grams" That´s not the popular version. PIPER It´s the version in our book. "Grams" Really? Show me... Piper slings the Ax over her shoulder and heads upstairs. "Grams," smiling, grabs the Red Cloak and eagerly follows. Once they´re gone, Dwarf #1 turn to the Head Dwarf, wondering: DWARF #1 Think she knows that´s a wolf? HEAD DWARF (dismisses it) Not our business.
