Kendra's marketing has been impecable. She's aced every strategy that lead to many of the continuous Magna victories. What's wrong with fighting? In the business world, Trump will likely attest to the fact that in-fighting that leads to great ideas is not only okay, but it's what makes some businesses great. As a consumer we just don't see it. The point is that Kendra, while sometimes butting heads (okay, always) with Craig, knows how to give credit where credit is due, as seen with "the Box" idea. But has fighting or arguing caused Kendra (or Craig for that matter) to shut down? HELLL no! It's only made them stronger. So the idea of not getting along won't really phase Trump one bit. A leader is a leader no matter how it's done and Kendra has won three times. The conflict will really come down to two things. One, how (if it happens) will Kendra and Craig defend themselves against the other in the boardroom. Kendra hasn't dealt with the board room. No doubt, Trump will set it up so that it looks like Kendra is killing herself in the board room. Right now, they have to make Kendra look like she's in doubt. Tana has already had her doubtful moments. Now it's Kendra's turn. Trump will make her sweat when he evaluates the interviews. He may build Craig up for a bit, only to see how Kendra stands up for herself. He knows that unless she TOTALLY says something really really stupid, she's in the final 2. He wants to challenge her. Still, while he may butter Craig up just to strengthen Kendra, he will likely cite Craig's difficulty in getting his point across and communication conflicts. Craig will be fired, but not without some suspense from Trump. Every once in a while, Trump fires someone who doesn't really need to be fired (like Angie) to make us wonder from time to time whether he will always fire the person we think. Trump has already gotten the ball rolling when he challenged Craig and Kendra to find out who made the better sale. Craig was pretty arrogant and Kendra held back with her defense.
