ATOMIC KITTEN may soon be financial fat cats after recording the title track for Disney film Mulan 2. The original Mulan has sold 12million copies on DVD and video worldwide and the follow-up is a guaranteed hit when it opens in cinemas next summer. The girls finished the song, I Want To Be A Girl, on Saturday. It’s the second song the trio - LIZ McCLARNON, JENNY FROST and NATASHA HAMILTON — have done for Disney. They also covered BLONDIE’s The Tide Is High for The Lizzie McGuire Movie. Hopefully, the news will perk up Natasha, who took time out after being diagnosed with post-natal depression. The mum-of-one became worryingly thin recently and went home to Liverpool to relax with her parents. Last month, she told me: “I couldn’t understand why I was eating normally but still losing weight. “I was also down and crying a lot. It was almost a relief when the doctor said I had something I could get over.” The Kittens’ new single, Ladies’ Night, is out on December 15.
