It was shown on a show called sports TV (almost two months ago), each week they send a host to have a crash course at some kind of sport. Arnis is some kind of sport too...(I sweat so much and not just because of the bloody humidity...). You know, it is a great compliment if you tell me I start moving like the Filipinos...

I only found out now that the guy who uplodas our videos on youtube found training shots of us and put them all up! Had I known these would end up on youtube...I might have...I dunno...how embarrassing...you can hear Jon shouting at me to lower my stance and such... Well, at least you see us sweat and that it's not all flashy demos
