How to have the sound & subtitles in English

How to have the sound & subtitles in English in YES.

I am interested to watch YES movies and series in English both the sound and the subtitles. Is it possible?

I tried but it did not work. I called YES and they said it works for some channels but it did not!!!

sorry, this is not a YES forum...

i suppose that if they tell you it will work in some channels then these are the channels it will work with and if you have any more problems with it i guess calling them again would help you much more than asking us.
