how do i turn off politly a job offer?

hi i was offered a job, i need one sentence saying, politly, that i'm not interested in this job. i thought of: i decided not to apply to this job or i decided not to propose my self to this job. i don't need excuses, just this one sentence saying that i'm not interested in this job. please help thanks

but I've decided not to apply for the job after all. the two options you suggested are not quite right: firstly, you apply *for* a job, not *to* one and secondly, and you can't propose yourself to a job. perhaps "for" a job. but even so, that's not the way to phrase it in English.
