I have been to this zimmer dozen of times
The Zimmer and the surrounding are clean, extremely polished when it is couple of families.
They wash the sheets and towels for every new comers and in my case couple of time during my stay
I don’t understand what is your complaint
You said that the zimmer is not as describe. There is at least 10 photos
Of the zimmer. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. You see what you get.
It is beautiful with beautiful view of the Hermon mountain. So maybe you don’t like the design!!
Sorry peal maybe they should change it with the recommendation of your architect.
They even offer you to get another Zimmer and they would lose this reservation of 4 families. This is a business after all and they willing to
Take this loss to satisfy you. Talking about cigarettes I am not a smoker and I didn’t smell any cigarette smell. If you are so sensitive to cigarette smell
Maybe you should ask them if people aloud to smoke there. I know Meir and Zamira they are very nice hard working people who try to satisfy everyone
They are not disserve this . You are a typical example for the dirty Israeli that want something for nothing that is why you mentioned that you played.
Off course you paid because you stayed there although you had the option to leave. You forgot to mention that this Zimmer is the least expensive in Rosh Pina.
I hate to see lovely places like this losing business because of people like you.
